Workout ideas
This is a great HIIT finisher to end your workout with or do when you're in a rush!
Set a timer and do 40 seconds of each exercise with a 15 second rest between each one. Choose an appropriate weight for your dumbbells and kettlebell.
Do all 5 then repeat 2-4 times. It will get the heart racing!
Superman plank
Kettlebell swings
Push ups (knees or toes)
Mountain climbers
Renegade rows
