ABOUT ME

I have been into fitness most of my life and have always tried to involve friends and family to encourage them to get fit and be healthy.

I have also been a regular gym-goer for many years and have learnt about various different styles of workouts, both involving resistance, body weight and cardio machines.

Lockdown was a huge turning point for me as I had to adapt to home-based exercise in order to keep fit. This motivated me to create my own workout programs and purchase equipment. It also made me realise how much I wanted to pursue a career in fitness so I went on to complete a level 2 and level 3 personal trainer qualification with YMCA. 

I am now a fully-qualified personal trainer and excited to help others achieve their fitness goals as well as provide useful nutrition advice.
